RNote.org is an online note‑taking tool designed for simplicity and convenience. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

RNote.org automatically saves your notes and related content to online storage systems. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and protect user data, we do not guarantee the security, integrity, or permanent availability of any stored information.

The Service is provided on a “best effort” basis and may experience downtime, interruptions, or data loss.

3. No Liability for Data Loss

By using RNote.org, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The creator and operators of RNote.org are not responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any information you consider important.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RNote.org disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
